的 转学荣誉榜 was based on analysis from the National Student Clearinghouse, and on data submitted through each four-year institution’s profile on 强连接, Phi 的ta Kappa’s online tool designed to help students find their best-fit colleges and career pathways.
Colleges completing the 强连接 profile are given a Transfer Friendliness Rating, and the Honor Roll is chosen from among the top 25% highest-rated colleges.

To streamline the admission process for transfer students, OU also participates in statewide transfer agreements (such as MTA and MACRAO) and has over 40 articulation agreements with institutions primarily in Michigan, including the state’s community colleges.
